🗓️ Sept. 25th to Oct. 2nd | 📍 Barziya Mountain Hotel Complex, Bulgaria
Guided by a 34th-Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk & 17th Generation Inheritor of Meihua Quan
ORIGINS
There’s a reason Yin & Yang have shaped Eastern wisdom for centuries. A reason their influence lives on in martial traditions, philosophies, and practices passed down from teacher to student.
Because beneath the familiar symbol lies something profound. A way of training that weaves strength and stillness, movement and quiet, power and flow to guide those who walk it toward true harmony.
It’s a living tradition that calms your mind, sharpens your body, and restores the balance this chaotic world continually disrupts. Not through theory, but through embodied practice that changes how you think, move, and meet the world.
And yet, most people will never experience it. They'll download wellness apps, do quick workouts, or follow mindfulness trends. All while the real training continues quietly, waiting for those ready to step in.
Because this training isn’t something you learn from a screen. It’s something you live, breathe, and feel in every part of yourself. And once you do, you don’t just become calmer or stronger. You become whole.
Few ever discover this way of life. And the reason why has everything to do with how the world we live in pulls us away from the timeless wisdom of Yin & Yang.
THE REASON
You weren’t meant to live overwhelmed in your mind, trapped in your body, and disconnected from your inner harmony. But that’s exactly what the modern world creates, and over time, it shows up in three core ways:
Constant notifications and endless distractions scatter the mind. Focus weakens, presence fades, and it becomes harder to respond calmly to what really matters.
Constant notifications and endless distractions scatter the mind. Focus weakens, presence fades, and it becomes harder to respond calmly to what really matters.
A lack of intentional movement leaves the body stiff and drained of vitality. Muscles lose their natural strength and flow, making even simple motions feel heavy and unnatural.
Without practices that engage both stillness and movement, our inner life becomes dull and uncentered, leaving us feeling out of sync with ourselves.
Without practices that engage both stillness and movement, our inner life becomes dull and uncentered, leaving us feeling out of sync with ourselves.
It’s not enough to address just one of these in isolation. Real transformation happens when you engage all three at once, using an approach designed to rebuild what this chaotic world has worn down.
THE APPROACH
The Yin & Yang Method restores what the chaotic world has stripped away: your mental clarity, physical vitality, and inner balance. It does so by guiding you through three essential steps:
1
Qigong and Hard Qigong calm inner noise and reawaken presence. These practices restore your ability to focus, clear stagnation, and cultivate harmony between thought and action.
2
Through Meihua Quan Yin-Yang forms and Taiji Fan practice, you’ll build strength, fluidity, and structural alignment. These are rituals designed to reconnect you to the natural intelligence of your body.
3
Dynamic partner drills and self-defense training integrate movement and stillness. By learning to flow between effort and ease, you discover how to stay grounded even in the face of external chaos.
This approach isn’t just theoretical. It’s an embodied, repeatable practice rooted in lived experience. And now, for a limited time, it’s being shared through a retreat unlike anything else.
